The Project Lab Experience
Assess the challenge.
Construct an argument for why the existing approach isn’t working.
Develop a solution based on the content and skills you are getting from your Lab.
Show your work!
Create something you can share.
What to Expect in The Lab
Through regular, short, structured work sessions you’ll build your argument alongside your collab (aka the other students in your Project Lab)
Students in all projects will work with 2 undergraduate mentors that will inform, guide, and inspire throughout the process.
Each collab will meet virtually 3 times a week in the late afternoon for 45-60 minutes. At other times students will work asynchronously with their mentors and each other via Slack (a collaborative communication platform with a dedicated channel for each Lab).
Produce showable, shareable work to present your solution through the medium of your choice – maybe it’s a website, a video, a podcast, an article, even a product launch– we’ll be here to support and encourage you to create the visual representation of your idea.
Set Your Child Up For Success
